Steps to raise a ticket in the Tally Gateway App
- Click on Sign Up to register your Account
- Fill in your Email ID and Tally Serial Number which is already registered with Antraweb
- You will receive auto generated password in your registered email ID. After the first login you can change the password from My Account
- Login to Gateway app with your credentials
- On log in, you can view the Support dashboard showcasing the dashboard of tickets reported during specified period
- You can add or raise a new support query by clicking on (+)
- You can view company profile in My Accounts and change the login password frequently
- Select your Tally Serial Number and raise the new query by providing the subject and short description about the query
- Check the summary and status of tickets raised by drilling down in Total, pending or resolved tickets in Support Dashboard
- Check the complete interaction or history related to your ticket on a click
- Add user contacts to create Gateway User in Contacts and activate them to use Gateway App
